By accessing or using Media Buying Made Easy (“MeBuME”) at mebume.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
MeBuME is an AI-assisted platform for creating advertising creative and copy and for managing campaigns on advertising platforms you connect (such as Meta, Google, and TikTok). You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the campaigns you run.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to connect and manage the advertising accounts you link, and to use the content you upload.
- You are responsible for compliance with each advertising platform’s policies and with applicable laws in the campaigns you run.
- You authorize MeBuME to take actions (create, edit, pause, optimize campaigns) on connected accounts only as you direct or under rules you configure.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate any law or platform policy, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated creative, copy, and recommendations may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing. We do not guarantee any advertising outcome or performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeBuME is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for advertising spend, lost profits, or platform account actions arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
